ECAP Consulenze s.r.l. is an Italian consultancy agency founded by Fondazione Ecap Switzerland, a non for profit organization for vocational training, professional development services and research.
ECAP Consulenze is the device structure through the Fondazione itself, recognized and consolidated at European level. It participates actively in transnational partnerships. The Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb), the Research Institute for Vocational Training, is a non-profit limited liability partnership fully owned by the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) e.V., a training centre operated by representatives of the Bavarian economy.
The f-bb is concerned with a wide portfolio of research and development projects on vocational education and training at regional, national and international level. Most of the projects are undertaken in cooperation with commercial, industrial and craft trade enterprises, other research institutes, vocational training institutions or schools providing vocational education.

The "Institut Européen Recherche et Formation - IERF" is a non for profit French association, created in Paris in 1994, for vocational training and counselling to young unemployed whishing to increase their experience through European mobility especially, after 1995 using European Mobility Programs as Now, Horizon, Force and than Leonardo da Vinci .
One of the few hosting organisation in Paris, IERF has received more then thousand jobseekers arriving from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and England with Leonardo, FSE, and other national programs of European exchanges. At the same time IERF participates to exchange visits of tutors, teachers from and to several countries.
As a French partner, IERF has also participated in several Leonardo research projects on different subjects as Counselling, Credits recognition, Best practices in exchanges and trainings.
In 2008 IERF has received 80 scholarships from Leonardo French National Agency for jobseekers to be placed in 6 different countries and have sent, with a regional program, 200 unemployed Parisians in 25 different countries all over the world. In the same year IERF has received 120 Leonardo participants in Paris.
IERF is also a "Centre de Bilans de Abilities" and "Validation acquis dExperiences" (VAE) recognised by French authorities, particularly destined to a public with international experiences to be translated in different national contests.
