The project proposes the following goals:
- promote the transparency and the acknowledgement of the abilities and the qualifications;
- enhance the acquired skills in formal, non-formal and informal contexts, in order to support the chances of getting employment;
consolidate the results of formative processes in succession; strengthen geographic and sectors mobility;
increase the value of work-experience, as well as start a process whereby skills are not only recognized but also validated and certified;
adapt the Europass tools to benefit wider and more diverse public, made up of workers who lost jobs in the production processes,
particularly those with low-qualifications;
adapt the European CV template in order to make it practical and meaningful for the enterprises willing to recruit.
The main goal of the project is an updated version of the on-line tool that supports the acknowledgment of the abilities and the considerations on job and life experiences, and their description in terms of learning outcomes.
The tool will allow the users to freely record update and print the European CV, with a complete set of examples that support the exposure of the abilities, supplying appropriate descriptions supported by documents and evidences.
The project will also support the effort made by Europass Italia and the NEC network by improving the European CV, developing a web-site that promotes the interactive construction of the dossier.
